Just perfect. First timers and we had no idea about cabinet doors however Dave walked us through it for our renovations that we did ourselves. Follow the instructions online, place the order, and a couple weeks later pick them up. Any colour/finish you want. Excellent pricing. Waaay better quality than Ikea and you can custom size anything. I am very happy with a quality and price. I ordered 14 doors and 4 panels and it was around $1,300 CAD for everyting, including shipping. In HomeDepot and Lowe's they told me it will be between 5k and 6k. Yes, it took them about 1 month to make theese doors (a bit longer than promissied), - but it is still much faster than other places. The best thing is door's quality (no single scratch or damage) and sizing (very precise) and packaing (really solid).

Good experience. Some level of skill required to ensure proper measurement of cabinet doors, but there are ry straight forward videos to help guide the customer through the process. We live in The Beach with an older home. Nothing is quite level or square so I had made custom cabinets to fit the space. Custom doors help finish the project, and make for nice clean lines . You’ll be happy.

"My awesome kids bought us a new counter top for Christmas.....leaving us little choice but to upgrade the cabinets out of the 90's. After looking around everywhere for an affordable place to get custom made doors we decided on The Door Maker after paying them a visit one Saturday. Dave was a great help and let us know that there would be a sale on Cyber Monday of 30% off so we waited for the sale which gave me plenty of time to measure and measure again all the doors, kickplates etc that i would need. When everything was done it was delivered to our door very well protected. Everything was exactly as ordered and measurements were bang on. Took me 2 weeks to remove, strip the edging, iron on new edging and install the doors. I ordered pre-drilled hinge holes in the doors at a different measurement than the standard and again they were bang on to line up with out cabinets. I would not hesitate to buy from Dave and give him and all the people at The Door Maker 5 Stars for a perfect product and super simple shopping experience. The only thing i would suggest to everyone is buy the hinges from them (and have them preinstalled to save yourself the time) and don't reuse your old ones...why, well the little plastic anchors aka the plastic hinge dowels are really hard to find, they were not in stock at any of the 3 big box hardware stores. Had to get them online and Nasa level prices like $39 bucks for 100 pack of tiny plastic plugs - insane but needed them so.....of course new hinges would come with them. We ordered Shaker in Nordic White.
