Shipping and Delivery 

TDM utilizes shipping and delivery via couriers of TDM's choice, such as UPS, arriving within 3-5 business days.

  • We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping online.
  • Residential deliveries may incur additional charges for lift gates, inside deliveries, and/or driver assist services.
  • Estimated shipment times, if provided, are for your convenience only. TDM and its third-party shipment providers are not liable for any damages and will not be responsible for any loss due to failure in meeting shipment estimates.   • TDM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party providers. Thank you for your understanding. This includes delays caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
  • Shipments can only be sent to verified addresses.We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please be aware that our Shipping and Delivery Policy may change without notice.
  • The version of the Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
  • We strongly recommend that you print or otherwise retain a copy of this Shipping and Delivery Policy upon completing your purchase.

Please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to any U.S. Territory.
  • Deliveries will be dropped in/on or around customers' front door. LTL shipments will be dropped on your driveway. Your doors will be packaged and shrink-wrapped to protect them from any weather damage. It will be your responsibility to collect the items. Depending on the size of your order, it may be packaged on a skid and delivered on a truck. The skid will be lowered from the truck and placed on your driveway.

Damages and Claims

To ensure a smooth claims process, customers are encouraged to open and thoroughly inspect the doors within 5 days of delivery. This timely action is essential for addressing any potential damage with TDM.  After the 5-day period, TDM will no longer be responsible for any damages, under any circumstances.

Promotional Offers

Free Shipping promotions shall be subject to promotional details and we reserve the right to restrict the territories. Only one (1) promo code may be used per purchase at checkout.

Delivery Packaging

We exercise the utmost diligence in the handling of your cabinet doors when you opt for the home delivery option at checkout. Our dedication to excellence guarantees that your doors arrive in pristine condition. Each door is carefully safeguarded with a 1/4" panel on top, surrounded by sturdy card paper and cushioned foam to prevent any damage during shipping.. This protective arrangement safeguards against scratches and other potential damages. Please be advised that all packaging materials utilized are recyclable.
