The shipping and delivery policy (“Shipping and Delivery Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through www.tdm-thedoormaker.com.
Shipping and Delivery
Larger doors and items (48” plus) are shipped via a freight carrier and should arrive within 7 -10 business days. All other TDM items are shipped via courier of TDM’s choice utilizing courier ground delivery and arrive within 3-5 business days.
We currently do not offer overnight or expedited shipping online.
Residential deliveries may be subject to extra charges for lift gates, inside deliveries, and/or driver assist deliveries.
Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience and neither TDM nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate. https://www.ups.com/ca/en/shipping/quote
In no event will TDM or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
TDM will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice.
The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase.
TDM recommends you print or otherwise retain a copy of this Shipping and Delivery Policy at the time of your purchase.
USA
Please be advised that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to any U.S. Territory.
Deliveries will be dropped in/on or around customers’ front door. LTL shipments will be dropped on your driveway. Your doors will be packaged and shrink-wrapped to protect them from any weather damage. It will be your responsibility to collect the items. Depending on the size of your order, it may be packaged on a skid and delivered on a truck. The skid will be lowered from the truck and placed on your driveway.
Damages and Claims
It is required, the customer must open and inspect the doors within 5 days of receiving the doors in order to make a claim against TDM for damage. After the 5 days TDM will not be held responsible for any or all damages.
Promotional Offers
Free Shipping promotions shall be subject to promotional details and we reserve the right to restrict the territories. Only one (1) promo code may be used per purchase at checkout.
Delivery Packaging
We take extreme care of your cabinet doors when you select the home delivery option at checkout. We ensure that your doors are packaged carefully so that they are not damaged in transport. A 1/4″ panel is placed on top of each door with card paper and foam going around the door. This protects it from scratches or any damages. Please note that all of these materials are recyclable.
