RETURNS POLICY

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized in writing by The Door Maker Customer Service Team.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Custom-manufactured cabinet doors, components, and other made-to-order products are generally non-returnable. Any approved return of custom-manufactured products may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined based on the specific products ordered and the stage of production at the time the return request is received.

Any claim for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be reported to The Door Maker within 24 hours of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking records. Failure to report such issues within this period may result in the claim being denied.

No products may be returned without prior authorization from The Door Maker.


ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Orders are typically acknowledged by email within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, please contact Customer Service.

To allow time for corrections or modifications, orders generally enter production on the business day following the issuance of the order acknowledgment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order acknowledgments for accuracy, including product specifications, quantities, dimensions, finishes, shipping information, and pricing.

Any discrepancies, shortages, or errors must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

The Door Maker shall not be responsible for discrepancies, shortages, or errors that are not reported within the required time period.

The Door Maker reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, specifications, or other administrative errors at any time prior to shipment.


ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Requests for order changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the order acknowledgment.

Changes requested after the 24-hour period may be accepted at The Door Maker’s sole discretion and may be subject to a processing, material recovery, or restocking fee of up to 80% of the order value, depending on the stage of production and materials purchased.

Cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period may also be subject to a fee of up to 80% of the order value, depending on the stage of production and materials purchased.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

Because custom-manufactured products are made specifically to customer specifications, they are non-refundable once production has commenced.

The Door Maker reserves the right to refuse any order change or cancellation request after production has begun.
