RETURNS AND REMAKES POLICY

📐 Returns & Remakes Policy: Because every cabinet door we craft is custom-made, finished to your exact specifications, and drilled for specific hinge boring, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
However, we stand entirely behind our craftsmanship and transit. Our policy is structured to protect your investment if something goes wrong.
1. Our Guarantee (Company Errors)
If we make a mistake on your order, we will remake and ship your replacement doors at 100% no cost to you. This guarantee applies to:
    • Sizing Errors: Any door or drawer front that deviates from your ordered dimensions by more than our manufacturing tolerance of +/- 1/16th of an inch.
    • Specification Errors: Receiving the wrong wood species, profile style, finish/paint color, or incorrect hinge boring placement compared to your approved order confirmation.

2. Shipping & Transit Damage
We take great care in packaging your custom doors, but transit damage occasionally happens. Please refer to https://www.ups.com/ca/en/support/file-a-claim
    • Action Required: You must inspect your delivery immediately. Any transit damage or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
    • Requirements: Please email us at [Your Email] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
    • Resolution: Once verified, we will prioritize your replacement pieces in our production queue and ship them out at no extra cost.

3. The “Measure Twice” Remake Discount (Customer Errors)
We understand that measuring for full-overlay hinges or ordering fractions can be tricky. If your doors do not fit because of a mismeasurement or ordering mistake on your end, we want to help you fix it.
    • We offer a one-time 25% discount on remake orders for the affected pieces.
    • To claim this, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery, and we will issue a custom discount code for your replacement order.
    • Note: The customer is responsible for shipping costs on remake orders.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Our automated production system cuts materials quickly to ensure fast lead times.
  • You may change your order within 24 hours of submission at no charge.
  • After 24 hours, all orders are locked into production, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be issued.
