Mullions are available on every door profile that we offer.

The process of making a mullion is that the rebates will be cut into frames, after they are pressed with PVC (due to its nature, please add 1 more week for production).

Minimum sizes apply from the original door ordered, which would include interior and exterior profile.

The mullion, because it is cut after being pressed, there will be no coverage at the back of the mullion. Exposed MDF should be painted for protection of the door.

Suggested glass thickness: 0.125″ (3mm) to 0.1875″ (5mm). For dimensions over 48″, glass thickness of 0.1875″ or greater is recommended. Please note that we do not provide the glass inserts.
