We make DIY installation even easier with the option to request pre-drilled holes for hinges in cabinet door fronts. This service is exclusively for TDM-manufactured cabinet doors and hinge holes are drilled as specified below. Request hinge holes for your cabinet doors on the order form.
Specifications:

- – Standard hinge hole: 1.375″ (38mm) diameter.
- – Depth: 1/2″ (12.7mm).
- – Standard hole position, regardless of door size, is 3.5″ to center (please refer to illustration).
- – You may request new holes or spacing on your customized order. This request must be placed on ordering and confirmed.
The following will be the standard number of holes drilled on the door unless specified:

Doors that require right/left hinge holes (for instance, cabinet doors with a 2003, 2004 or 2007 Inner Panel Profile) must be indicated on order form as to which door is right or left, or no holes will be drilled.
The Door Maker is not responsible if hinge holes are misaligned or do not line up. Please check carefully before placing your final order.
